A butterflied leg of lamb is a product that very versatile in your options to cook it. It can be cooked in the oven or for something different, why not cook it directly on the BBQ? As a butterflied leg of lamb is relatively flat, which allows you to cook the meat right through on a BBQ which adds a different flavour dimension to this wonderful product.
